Nepos Van Limbo, the 9 year old
skewbald owned by Mark Stubbs and ridden
by Robert and John Whitaker died after
surgery for colic at Liverpool
University of Surgery.
Nepos Van Limbo was a promising young
horse having won a total of £23,892
during his short career.
John Whitaker is reported as saying
"He was a fantastic horse, just coming
into his prime and proving his ability,
it's a sad loss".
The 17hh Belgian bred gelding will be sadly missed by all at the yard.
